SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

  • Strategy Development: Creating and executing integrated sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Market & Sales Analysis: Conducting market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and new opportunities, and analyzing sales data to track performance against goals.
  • Campaign Management: Designing and managing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, to effectively promote products or services and build brand awareness.
  • Sales Leadership: Setting sales targets, developing action plans, and motivating the sales team to achieve their quotas.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exploring new opportunities.
  • Product Promotion: Introducing new products to the market and promoting existing brands by highlighting their benefits and features.
  • Financial Management: Preparing budgets, managing expenditures for sales and marketing activities, and reporting on financial performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with other departments, such as product development, to ensure brand consistency and alignment of strategies.
  • Reporting: Generating reports on campaign performance, sales metrics, market trends, and overall department progress for executives and stakeholders.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
