- Sales Leadership: Setting sales targets, developing action plans, and motivating the sales team to achieve their quotas.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exploring new opportunities.
- Product Promotion: Introducing new products to the market and promoting existing brands by highlighting their benefits and features.
- Financial Management: Preparing budgets, managing expenditures for sales and marketing activities, and reporting on financial performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with other departments, such as product development, to ensure brand consistency and alignment of strategies.
