Job Summary:
Baarik Travel & Tours is looking for a dynamic, creative, and target-driven Sales & Marketing Manager with proven experience in the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Umrah, Hajj, local tourism, international tours, corporate travel management, B2B Umrah sales, digital marketing campaigns, and travel package designing.
The candidate should already have experience working on a similar managerial position in a reputable travel company and must possess strong market knowledge, client dealing expertise, branding vision, and sales generation capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies for:
- Umrah Packages
- Hajj Operations
- Local Tourism
- International Tours
- Corporate Travel Services
- B2B & B2C Umrah & Travel Partnerships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate new business leads and partnership opportunities.
- Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, agents, and B2B partners.
- Conduct market visits and business development meetings.
Marketing & Branding
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- Manage company branding and online presence.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content teams for promotional campaigns.
- Develop creative marketing ideas for travel promotions and seasonal campaigns.
Travel Package Designing
- Design attractive and competitive:
- Umrah Packages
- Hajj Packages
- Honeymoon Tours
- Family Tours
- International Holiday Packages
- Corporate Travel Packages
- Prepare costing, itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing.
Corporate & Client Management
- Handle high-profile corporate and VIP clients professionally.
- Prepare sales presentations and client proposals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
- Manage client inquiries and convert leads into sales.
Team Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with ticketing, operations, visa, and marketing departments.
- Prepare sales performance reports and campaign analysis.
- Monitor lead generation and conversion performance.

- Previously worked in a well-reputed travel company on the same designation.
- Strong portfolio of successful travel campaigns and sales achievements.
- Existing corporate and B2B travel market connections will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
- Sales Incentives & Commissions
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
