Overview:
We are seeking driven, client-centric Sales & Marketing professionals who excel at conversations that convert. The ideal candidate is adept at generating and nurturing leads, responding to inquiries from ads, and turning conversations into closed sales. You will champion our full suite of digital services, including web development, branding, and social media marketing/management, and you’ll actively source clients across multiple platforms and channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and messaging to qualify opportunities and move them through the sales funnel.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries from ads and campaigns, delivering tailored value propositions.
- Convert inquiries into qualified opportunities and close sales by presenting customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Promote and articulate our digital services portfolio: website development, branding, social media strategy, content creation, and community management.
- Develop and execute multi-platform outreach strategies (LinkedIn, email campaigns, paid ads, referrals, industry events) to generate new leads.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline, maintain accurate CRM records, and track key metrics (conversion rates, average deal size, sales cycle length).
- Collaborate with marketing to refine ad messaging, targeting, and offers based on feedback from calls and inquiries.
- Create compelling proposals and presentations, including scoping, timelines, and pricing tailored to client requirements.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape to position our services effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record in direct sales and outbound/inbound lead conversion.
- Excellent communication skills, with a confident, personable phone presence and strong written communication.
- Ability to understand and articulate digital services, including web development, branding, and social media marketing/management.
- Strong discovery and needs-assessment skills; ability to translate client problems into compelling solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics; comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
- Multichannel outreach experience (phone, email, social media, ads, referrals) and the ability to manage multiple platforms.
- Time management, organization, and a bias toward action; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset: works well with marketing, product, and design teams to align messaging and deliver value.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B or agency-style selling to small-to-medium businesses.
- Knowledge of web development basics (structure, UX, SEO fundamentals) to have credible conversations with clients.
- Familiarity with branding, social media strategy, content calendars, and analytics tools.
- Multilingual abilities or diverse client outreach experience.
