The Sales & Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing integrated sales and marketing strategies across ANA Group of Companies. This role focuses on revenue growth, brand positioning, lead generation, and market expansion by aligning marketing initiatives with sales objectives.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, hands-on execution capability, and the ability to work across multiple business units while ensuring consistency, accountability, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales and marketing strategies aligned with the Group’s business objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
  • Define clear sales funnels, lead-generation strategies, and conversion metrics for each business unit.

Sales Enablement & Revenue Growth

  • Work closely with sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and closing strategies.
  • Design sales proposal frameworks, and pricing strategies in collaboration with management.
  • Monitor sales performance and recommend corrective actions to improve results.

Marketing and Brand Management

  • Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, paid ads, email marketing, and content strategy).
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and business units.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Establish KPIs for sales and marketing activities and track performance against targets.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and strategic insights for senior management.
  • Use data and analytics to refine campaigns and improve ROI.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or commercial strategy roles.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies.
  • Experience in UAE or GCC markets is highly preferred.
  • Background in real estate, interiors, services, or multi-business environments is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
