About Us: Regent’s Car Rental LLC is a dynamic automotive rental firm located in Business Bay, Dubai. We serve a diverse portfolio of individual and corporate clients. As we scale our operations from 50 to 300+ vehicles over the next 12 months, we are seeking a dedicated Sales Officer to drive revenue and manage key client relationships.

Role Overview: Role Overview: As a Sales Officer at Regent’s Car Rental, you will spearhead our commercial strategy during a pivotal expansion phase. With our fleet set to grow from 50 to 300+ vehicles by 2027 , we are seeking a proactive professional to secure high-value corporate contracts and maximize fleet utilization. You will be responsible for cultivating lasting partnerships with hotels, tourism agencies, and corporate entities , ensuring that our revenue targets keep pace with our rapid asset growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

· Generate new leads through multiple channels (walk-ins, calls, online, B2B)

· Develop and maintain relationships with:

· Hotels and tourism companies

· Corporate clients for long-term contracts

· Travel agencies and tour operators

· Residential communities and real estate agents

· Achieve monthly occupancy targets and revenue goals

· Identify and pursue new market segments

Reporting & Strategy

· Daily sales activity reports

· Weekly pipeline updates

· Monthly performance analysis

· Market intelligence and competitor insights

Requirements:

Essential:

· Proven sales track record (minimum 2 years in Dubai)

· Experience in car rental industry

· UAE driving license

· Excellent communication in English

· Strong negotiation and closing skills

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

· Flexibility to work weekends as needed

Preferred:

· Existing network in hospitality/tourism sector

· Multi-language capabilities

· Digital marketing knowledge
