Sales Officer – Automotive Accessories

Job Summary

Tracking World (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a responsible and organized Shop Keeper to manage daily store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be computer literate, have experience using inventory management systems, and possess strong communication and customer handling skills. Experience in car accessories or automotive products will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day shop operations and ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory.
• Maintain accurate stock levels using the inventory control system.
• Process sales, prepare invoices, and update stock records.
• Monitor stock movement and report low inventory levels for timely replenishment.
• Assist customers by understanding their requirements and recommending suitable products.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and procurement teams regarding stock availability.
• Perform periodic stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of products to prevent damage or loss.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and sales reports.

Requirements

• Intermediate, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Shop Keeper, Store Assistant, or in a similar role.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures and stock management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the car accessories, automotive parts, GPS tracking, or electronics industry will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with POS systems and barcode scanners.
• Basic knowledge of invoicing and cash handling.
