Job Summary

Royal Solar Energy is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer for its EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and promoting solar energy solutions to commercial and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar EPC sector
• Generate leads through calls, meetings, and field visits
• Present and promote solar solutions to potential clients
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts
• Coordinate with technical teams for project planning and execution
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 1–3 years of sales experience (solar/EPC preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented with a proactive approach
• Basic knowledge of solar systems will be an advantage
