Sales Officer / Relationship Manager – Real Estate Developer | Dubai

We are expanding our sales division and are looking for enthusiastic, self-driven, and result-oriented Sales Officers (Relationship Managers) to join our energetic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, meetings, and property visits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients
• Onboard and activate new brokers to maximize sales opportunities
• Present and promote company projects to potential buyers and partners
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain an exceptional client experience
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth documentation and deal closure
• Stay informed on current market trends, competitor activities, and project updates

Requirements

• 1–2 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai
• Excellent communication skills with strong command over English (verbal & written)
• Proactive, confident, and motivated personality with a results-driven mindset
• Strong client-handling and negotiation skills
• UAE driving license is an advantage
