Sales Operation Coordinator

The Client:

Our client is a leading multinational company based in Dubai. We are looking for a Sales Operation Coordinator to support the sales function and ensure operational excellence across the region.

The Role:

As the Sales Operation Coordinator, you will play a key role in streamlining sales processes, supporting the sales team, and driving efficiency in operations. This role is central to enabling sales success, ensuring accurate reporting, and facilitating effective collaboration across departments. The key responsibilities would revolve around:

• Support the sales team in achieving targets by coordinating operational activities and processes.
• Monitor and maintain sales performance metrics, generating timely reports and dashboards for management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless sales operations.
• Manage CRM systems, ensuring accurate data entry, updates, and reporting.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate communication between sales management and field teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
• Support the organization of sales meetings, trainings, and events as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or a related function, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Arabic speakers are highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, reporting, and CRM systems.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
