Sales Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our outdoor advertising team in the UAE. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the sales team, coordinating with clients, handling proposal submissions, and ensuring the smooth execution of advertising campaigns across various outdoor media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, media plans, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (media planning, operations, and design) to ensure timely execution of advertising campaigns.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline, client database (CRM), and campaign tracking sheets.
  • Assist in drafting and processing contracts, agreements, and invoices.
  • Communicate with clients to collect campaign materials, approvals, and feedback.
  • Follow up with existing and prospective clients regarding quotations, proposals, and service delivery.
  • Monitor media inventory and availability (e.g., billboards, unipoles, lampposts, transit media).
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure campaigns are installed and removed on schedule.
  • Compile and distribute sales performance reports, campaign updates, and client feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant UAE municipality regulations and advertising guidelines.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and business development team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the advertising, media, or marketing industry (experience in outdoor advertising is highly preferred).
  • Knowledge of the UAE outdoor advertising landscape and media formats.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Client-focused with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with municipality approval processes (e.g., RTA, DM, DMT) is a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
