Sales Operation Coordinator, Global DistributionPosition Summary
As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in connecting customers, distributors, and our global team. Your responsibilities will include managing orders, optimizing Salesforce processes, and ensuring the seamless execution of the sales cycle.
If you have 0–3 years' experience and a solid understanding of ERP/CRM systems, you will thrive in our multicultural environment, which values innovation, collaboration and professional growth.
You will provide operational support to the sales team, helping to streamline workflows, drive cross-departmental efficiency and enhance overall performance. You will analyze existing procedures, identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that strengthen operational effectiveness and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and distributors, providing timely updates on orders, pricing, products, shipments, and certifications.

Manage the full Order-to-Cash process, including order entry, changes, RMAs, fulfillment, invoicing, accounts receivable, and reporting.

Validate pricing and process Special Price Requests (SPRs);

Coordinate regular communication with customers and global partners.

Coordinate change management and maintain ongoing communication with distributors on order status and adjustments.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics/Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth execution of customer activities.

Ensure accurate documentation for order fulfillment, pricing, contracts, and compliance requirements.

Respond to and resolve customer inquiries from multiple channels, escalating when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness.

Contribute to special projects and other assignments that support sales operations and broader business objectives.
Expected Outcomes/KPI- Order Processing Accuracy: error-free order entry.

Order Cycle Time: Average time from order receipt to confirmation (within 48 hours).

Backorder Resolution Time: Average time to resolve backorders or supply issues.
Efficient and error-free order handling enhancing customer satisfaction and supports sales continuity.
