Sales operations
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive to support our dealer network and internal sales team. This role will focus on handling dealer communications, processing and tracking orders, coordinating displays, managing stock updates, and ensuring seamless delivery processes. You will act as the central point between dealers, warehouse, logistics, and sales to help drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process dealer orders accurately and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely dispatch.
2. Regularly update dealers on order status, delivery timelines, and stock availability.
3. Follow up with dealers on pending orders, payments, and other operational requirements.
4. Coordinate with the design and marketing team for dealer displays and merchandising requirements.
5. Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions, orders, and feedback.
6. Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales/order reports for management review.
7. Support the sales team with dealer-related data, stock information, and operational follow-ups.
8. Assist in planning and executing dealer meets, product launches, or display refreshes.
9. Continuously identify ways to streamline dealer processes to enhance service and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in related field.
2. 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, dealer coordination, or customer service, preferably in tiles, building materials, or FMCG.
3. Strong communication skills to manage dealer relationships professionally.
4. Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Working knowledge of MS Excel, ERP tools.
6. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
