Sales Person - Woman/Female

As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, identifying their needs, and recommending the best products or services to meet those needs. You will work to build relationships with clients, generate sales, and achieve individual and team sales targets. Native Arabic Speaking (Woman)

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers and assist them in selecting products or services.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the company’s product offerings, features, and benefits.
• Sales Presentation: Present products or services to customers in a way that highlights their benefits and value.
• Needs Assessment: Ask questions to understand customer needs and suggest appropriate services.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service before, during, and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Follow-ups: Follow up with potential leads and past customers to encourage repeat business.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Native Arabic Speaking (Woman)
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require a college degree or specialized training).
• Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience is often preferred but not always required.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
