Job Summary


Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Process Control Specialist to join our Commercial Teams to support deal processing.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and compliant processing of customer deals throughout the entire verification lifecycle, from opportunity creation to revenue transition. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to process adherence will be crucial in ensuring that all foundational deal details align with internal policies, documentation requirements, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

You will be joining a supportive team dedicated to the efficiency and accuracy of the opportunity-to-revenue cycle, providing essential compliance support to our global Sales organization.


What You'll Do

In this role, you will:


  • Oversee and meticulously verify the opportunity-to-revenue process by ensuring accurate attachment of all required documentation, including pricing approvals, quotes, contracts, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Validate data accuracy across all contractual documents, confirming that details and primary product alignment match agreed terms and company pricing policies.
  • Drive process improvements by proactively identifying bottlenecks and creating comprehensive process documentation to streamline sales and operational procedures, enhancing overall efficiency and minimizing manual checks.


What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:


  • Strong knowledge of complex, multi-solution, and multi-country sales processes, with prior experience collaborating across multiple teams and time zones.
  • Proven ability in advanced critical thinking, analytical skills, and exceptional attention to detail to identify process breakdowns or non-standard situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Fluency in English , with superior written and oral communication proficiency.
