Sales Professional

We are looking for a Sales Professional & Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales inquiries, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of all sales activities from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Coordinate between sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
  • Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads.
  • Maintain sales records and CRM updates accurately.
  • Support in organizing exhibitions, events, and client meetings when needed.
  • Assist in after-sales service and customer support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales or coordination (real estate, events, or corporate sectors preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Positive attitude, presentable personality, and ability to work in a team environment.
