Sales Promoter/Merchandiser

Location:

• Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras al Khaimah and Fujairah (all within the city where A class mobile shops are located)

Gender Preference: Female preferred; however, smart male candidates can be considered.

Language / Nationality: Any nationality.

Duration:

• Trial run on a monthly basis; if performance exceeds 80% of KPIs, we can extend to a one-year contract.

Timings:

• 8–9 hours per day, mostly second half of the day (mobile shops operate till late; peak customer traffic is in evenings).

Scope of Work:

• Sellout-oriented role focused on mobile accessories, gadgets, and gaming products
• Achieve KPIs and sales targets as per agreed plan

KPI & Incentives:

• KPIs and incentive structure will be provided by us
• Performance-based incentives will apply

Dress Code:

• Smart / Semi-formal

Training:

• Product and sales training will be provided
