Salary: AED 4,500 – AED 6,000 + commissions

About the Role:

Joelle Group, a leading health, wellness, and beauty supplements company in Dubai, is looking for an energetic and persuasive Sales Promoter. Represent our brands in retail stores, including Virgin, pharmacies, and promotional events, engaging customers, showcasing products, and driving sales.

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Joelle Group brands in retail stores, pharmacies, and events.

Demonstrate product benefits and answer customer queries.

Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Maintain attractive and organised product displays.

Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Support marketing activations and product launches.

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail, pharmacy promotions, or brand activations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Energetic, confident, and persuasive personality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexible to work across Dubai locations, including weekends and events.

Languages: Native Arabic and English; Russian is a plus.
