Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct sales calls, client visits, and presentations to promote company services and products.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, quotations, and contracts for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and sales campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s brand.
  • Coordinate with the operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
  • Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service quality standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in sales, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, or service industry.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent presentation and customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
