Responsibilities:

· Identify and qualify potential customers by researching and assessing their needs, aligning with the company's target market and customer profile.

· Generate new leads through various channels, including email, phone calls, social media, and other outbound marketing efforts.

· Schedule appointments with qualified leads.

· Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to ensure a positive experience with the company.

· Conduct services demonstrations to showcase the company's services to potential clients.

· Monitor and report on sales activity, including lead generation, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and other metrics.

· Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and the competitive landscape to capitalize on new opportunities.

· Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.

· Meet or exceed sales goals.

· Prepare weekly and monthly reports.

· Maintain client records.

· Conceive and develop efficient business development strategies.

· Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.

· Organize and oversee social media presence and awareness campaigns.

· Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand and service awareness, and competition ventures.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing field.

· Proven experience as a sales or business development executive (5 to 7 years).

. Experience in construction field is preferred .

· Strong sales skills with experience in lead generation, cold calling, and closing deals.

· Excellent communication skills (Arabic and English), both verbal and written.

· Strategic mindset with the ability to identify potential business opportunities and develop effective plans.

· Customer-centric focus with the ability to understand customer needs and tailor pitches accordingly.

· Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales automation tools.

· Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

· Knowledge of industry and market trends in the company's operating sector is beneficial.

· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

· Creativity and commercial awareness.

· Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

· Comfortable with change and able to adapt to new situations quickly.
