Hiring: Sales Executive – Building Materials Industry

Location: Chandigarh
Experience: 3–4 Years
Education: Graduate
Industry: Building Materials / Construction Products

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be presentable, confident, and able to communicate effectively in English and the regional language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, builders, and architects
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market visits to increase product visibility and market share
• Identify new business opportunities and gather market intelligence
• Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate degree (any discipline)
• 3–4 years of sales experience in building materials / hardware / construction products
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Presentable personality with a customer-centric approach
• Fluency in English and regional language
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory
