Sales Representative

We are looking for "Sales Representative” for our TISSOT brand.


Job Summary

The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with wholesale and strategic partners within the watch industry. This role focuses on driving sales performance, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring excellent service across assigned accounts while acting as the key liaison between clients and internal teams.


Responsibilities:


Account Management & Sales

  • Manage a wholesale portfolio,
  • Drive sell-in and sell-through performance to meet or exceed sales targets,
  • Develop account plans, forecasts, and annual budgets in line with brand strategy,
  • Identify growth opportunities, new points of sale, and product placement improvements,


Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with store managers and key decision-makers,
  • Conduct regular account visits to ensure brand representation and product knowledge,
  • Act as the primary contact for all account-related inquiries and issue resolution,


Brand & Merchandising Execution

  • Ensure proper product assortment, merchandising, and visual standards in stores,
  • Support in-store launches, and special events,
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the watch industry,


Order & Inventory Management

  • Manage order processing and stock allocation,
  • Analyze inventory levels and recommend replenishment,


Reporting & Analysis

  • Track sales performance, KPIs, and market feedback,
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account reviews,
  • Deliver insights to management regarding market conditions and customer needs,


Internal Collaboration

  • Coordinate with marketing, after-sales service, logistics, and finance teams,
  • Support training initiatives for retail staff on product features and brand heritage,


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred),
  • 2–5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development,
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills,


Skills & Competencies

  • Deep interest in watches, craftsmanship, and luxury brands,
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities,
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously,
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel,
  • Willingness to travel as required.
