Job Summary:

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, pitching, and closing deals for both our company and our clients. This role requires a results-driven sales professional who can handle the full sales cycle—from lead generation to negotiation and closing. You must be comfortable building strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, presentations, and closing deals.
• Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
• Conduct sales meetings, product/service demonstrations, and client consultations.
• Track sales performance, report metrics, and optimize sales strategies based on data insights.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
• Work closely with multiple brands and businesses to customize sales tactics for different industries.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong closing skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a passion for exceeding targets.
• Ability to manage multiple sales pipelines across different industries.
• Experience using CRM software to track and manage sales activities.
• Knowledge of IT sales is a plus.
