Sales Representative

Job Summary

The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling data logger products and monitoring solutions to customers across industries such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, laboratories, cold chain logistics, food storage, and industrial facilities. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell temperature, humidity, and environmental data loggers to clients.
  • Identify and develop new customers in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, hospitals, laboratories, warehouses, and cold chain logistics.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for product installation, calibration, and support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
