Sales Representative

Padra Medical Center is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our Beauty Department. The candidate will be responsible for promoting aesthetic and skincare treatments, assisting clients in selecting suitable services, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell aesthetic, dermatology, and beauty treatments offered by the clinic.
• Provide detailed information to clients about skincare procedures, packages, and promotions.
• Assist clients in choosing suitable treatments according to their needs.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Follow up with potential and existing clients to maintain strong relationships.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and reception staff to ensure smooth patient experience.
• Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Support marketing campaigns, offers, and promotional events organized by the clinic.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a beauty clinic, aesthetic clinic, dermatology center, or skincare industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Good knowledge of aesthetic and beauty treatments is an advantage.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
