Job Overview

RE/MAX Smart Concept Real Estate is hiring experienced Real Estate Sales Consultants to join a performance-driven team in Abu Dhabi.

This role is suited for agents who are results-oriented and comfortable working in a structured, target-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through multiple channels
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Negotiate and close sales and leasing deals
• Stay updated with Abu Dhabi real estate market trends

Requirements

• Must be currently residing in Abu Dhabi
• Driving license is mandatory
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Fluency in English is required

Additional languages are a strong advantage:
Arabic, Russian, German, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese
