Department: Sales Representative (Cold Callings)

About the Role

We are hiring a sales representativewhose primary responsibility is cold calling. The candidate must have strong calling skills and be confident in communicating with customers. This is a calling-based job only there are no hard targets. Basic communication skills are required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive Outreach: Make cold callings to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Research prospects, identify needs, and convert cold leads into qualified opportunities.
  • Sales Pitching: Present product/service benefits, educate customers, and handle objections effectively.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage leads, schedule callbacks, update CRM, and track activities.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture customer relationships for repeat business and satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide sales forecasts to management.

Requirements

  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales Acumen: Persuasion, negotiation, and objection handling.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data entry.
  • Target-Driven: Highly motivated, persistent, and able to work under pressure.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to understand and articulate product features and benefits.
  • Experience: Often requires prior experience in sales, customer service, or B2B/telesales.

- Working Timings: 8pm-5am

- Working Days: Monday - Friday
