Sales Representative (CSR Agent)

Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales to help the company achieve its revenue goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in client dealings, and the ability to meet monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities. Contact and meet clients to present company products/services. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales reports. Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Work closely with the marketing and management team for business growth. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (BBA, Marketing, or related field preferred). Prior experience in sales/marketing will be an advantage. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
