Sales Representatives - Dermat Products

United Arab Emirates (e.g., Dubai and Abu Dhabi)
Reporting To
Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a designated territory of dermatology/aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons and aesthetic practitioners. 
- Launch new derma / aesthetic product lines and drive adoption among healthcare professionals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets (monthly/quarterly/yearly) and business growth objectives. Glassdoor+1
- Provide product training, demonstrations, and education to doctors, therapists and other key customers. 
- Develop and execute territory business plans, including forecasting, account planning and mapping.
- Build and maintain strong long‑term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the dermatology/aesthetics field. 
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs; provide feedback to marketing/management. 
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM records, sales reports, call logs and expense reports. 
- Collect outstanding receivables and coordinate with finance or credit control as required. 
- Participate in medical conferences, workshops, promotional campaigns and other marketing initiatives. 
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical, Business, Marketing or related field is preferred. 
- Minimum 2‑4 years experience in dermatology/aesthetic sales or medical sales within the UAE market. 
- Strong network or established relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, plastic surgeons or relevant healthcare professionals in the UAE is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; fluency in Arabic 
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the territory. 
- Ability to work independently, self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable with field‑based role and mobility. 
- Good knowledge of skincare, aesthetics or dermatology products is an advantage.
