Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to manage and grow our Fiverr and Upwork accounts. You will be responsible for driving new business, writing winning proposals, and nurturing client relationships on global freelancing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize our Fiverr and Upwork profiles for maximum visibility and lead generation.
• Identify, bid on, and close high-value video editing and creative projects.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with international clients.
• Coordinate with our internal production team to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Track performance metrics, prepare weekly sales reports, and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience with measurable results (preferably on freelancing marketplaces).
• Strong English communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Solid understanding of client pitching, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Ability to work night shifts (US time zone).
• Knowledge of video editing workflows or creative production is a strong plus.
