Job Summary:

The Sales Agent is responsible for promoting and selling the institute’s financial training programs, including Forex, stock market, and investment-related courses. The role focuses on identifying potential students, understanding their financial learning needs, and guiding them toward suitable programs that align with their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell financial education programs through calls, social media, and direct engagement.

Identify and qualify potential students interested in financial markets, trading, and investment courses.

Conduct follow-ups with leads provided by marketing or generated through personal outreach.

Present course features, benefits, and outcomes effectively to prospective students.

Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiries to enrollments.

Coordinate with the admissions and academic team for student onboarding.

Maintain CRM records for leads, communications, and enrollments.

Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

Collect feedback from students to improve sales strategy and customer experience.

Support marketing initiatives such as webinars, workshops, and community events.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in education, finance, or Forex industry.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to understand and explain financial or trading concepts clearly.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle performance targets.

Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Forex, stock markets, or investment basics.

Experience in telesales or education counselling.

Positive attitude with strong closing and negotiation skills.
