Sales Representative (Real Estate)

Requirements:

• Good looking and well-presentable personality
• Confident and professional demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Influencer personality with social presence or ability to attract clients
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and the real estate market
• Ability to engage, influence, and convince potential clients
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Goal-oriented, persuasive, and self-motivated
• Prior experience in real estate or customer-facing sales roles is a plus.

Benefits:

Option 1: Salary + Commission (0.5%), with total potential earnings of over PKR 500,000.
Option 2: Commission-based only (2%), earnings depend on performance and closed deals.

Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries and provide property details professionally
• Conduct property visits and presentations for potential buyers
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups
• Promote property listings through calls, meetings, and social media platforms
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
