Sales Representative (Solar Design Services – USA Market)

Location: Johar Town, Lahore

Working Hours: US shift (evening/night – Pakistan time)

Job Description:
Looking for a motivated Sales Representative for solar design services in the USA market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client calls, and converting prospects into projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads for solar design services
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with US clients
  • Explain solar services (permit plans, PV layouts, electrical designs)
  • Convert leads into confirmed projects
  • Maintain CRM records and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with the technical/design team

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication (neutral or US-friendly accent preferred)
  • Sales, negotiation, and objection handling skills
  • Basic understanding of the solar industry (training can be provided)
  • CRM handling (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) preferred

Experience:

  • Tier 3: Less than 6 months experience or fresh
  • Tier 2: 1–3 years in sales or call center
  • Tier 1: 4+ years in solar or BPO sales
