Shift Timings: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (US Time Zone)
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission on Sales
Training: 1 week training provided

Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and driven Sales Representatives to join our night shift team at our Johar Town, Lahore office. This is a full-time onsite position targeting the US market, with great earning potential through commissions on every successful sale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential US-based customers via phone and email
• Promote and sell company products/services professionally
• Follow up on leads and close sales
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Attend training sessions and team meetings

Requirements:

• Must be based in Lahore and able to work onsite at our Johar Town office
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales or call center experience is a plus (not required)
• Willingness to work night shifts (Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) with alternative Saturdays.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
