Reservation Management: Handle hotel, transfer, and tour bookings. Ensure all booking details are correct.
Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries, confirm bookings, send itineraries and assist with clients’ special requests in a professional manner.
Supplier Coordination: Work with hotels and suppliers to confirm bookings and ensure availability. Customer Service: Provide support to clients via phone, email, or WhatsApp, address concerns, and help with changes or cancellations.
Administrative Duties: Keep accurate booking records and assist with reports for the team. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth booking processes. Provide feedback to the management team about customer preferences and market trends.
