Job Description

AAA Digital Media is hiring a Sales Retention Executive for an office-based, call-oriented role. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls to retain existing clients and convert new leads.

This is not a field job and not a senior-level role. All work is conducted from the office via phone calls, similar to a call center or telesales environment.

Responsibilities

• Make calls to existing customers for retention and renewals
• Contact new leads and close sales over the phone
• Handle customer queries professionally
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain basic customer and call records

Salary & Incentives

• Basic Salary: PKR 18,000 – 22,000
• Daily Incentives: Target-based
• Additional performance-based earnings

Requirements

• Experience in call center, telesales, indoor sales, or customer support preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Target-driven mindset
• Basic computer knowledge
