Job Purpose:

Lead the sales activities and generate new sales deals Find new customers and new projects Follow up with existing customers and assist the sales manager to implement the sales strategies and plans to achieve the sales target

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales function in terms of directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives
  • Assist the sales manager in achieving the sales plans
  • Responsible for all upsell and cross-sell sales efforts and profits in the territory
  • Coach sales representatives’ performance evaluations (call reports – weekly plan and monthly sheet – lost deals – cancellation) and provide feedback
  • Lead the team to achieve all sales targets
  • Lead development plans of the team’s skills through trainings
  • Lead the sales operations to generate new sales deals
  • Handle major customers’ complaints
  • Organize market and competitor study to be handled to Sales manager
  • Coach sales representatives to close deals
  • Perform double visits with sales representatives to guide experience and coach performance
  • Cooperate with other departments to end sales deals
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to own team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree from any discipline preferable mechanical engineering

- 15 - 18 years of experience

  • Sales certificate will be an asset
