Sales Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Sialkot. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer accounts, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include providing excellent customer service, conducting product presentations, and negotiating sales deals. The Sales Specialist will also coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products and provide training to junior sales staff as needed.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to train and mentor junior sales staff
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Basic understanding of apparel manufacturing and export processes is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
