Job Summary
The
Sales Specialist
is responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth across Egypt and the MENA region. The role focuses on selling professional and HR-related services, building lasting client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving individual and team sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

Identify and pursue new clients through networking, cold calls, referrals, and partnerships.

Present and promote the company’s services to potential clients in a professional and consultative manner.

Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and ensure client satisfaction.

Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing engagement and retention.

Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics using CRM systems.

Stay updated on HR market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.

Support marketing and business development initiatives, including campaigns and client events.
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR services, consulting, or other professional services.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Relationship-oriented with the ability to engage decision-makers and key stakeholders.

Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive in identifying opportunities.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
