Job Description:
- Stay updated with real estate market trends and project knowledge.
- Work on company-generated leads and achieve daily KPIs.
- Schedule ten client appointments daily, ensuring at least one successful meeting takes place.
- Identify clients’ needs and financial capacity to recommend suitable projects.
- Assist clients during project site visits and provide complete guidance.
- Lead negotiations and support clients throughout the decision-making process.
- Regularly visit various project sites for updated information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- One to Three years of proven sales experience (real estate experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and goal-oriented personality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
