Location: On-Site
Shift Timing: 6:45 PM – 4:00 AM

Salary: PKR 80,000 – 150,000 + Commission

Position Overview

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our expanding team. This role focuses on B2B sales within the real estate industry and involves interacting exclusively with warm, pre-qualified leads—no cold calling required. The ideal candidate excels at consultative selling, effective communication, and developing long-lasting client relationships while offering tailored digital solutions that create real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients through phone, email, and SMS.
  • Identify client pain points and recommend appropriate digital services to address their needs.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals consistently.
  • Accurately document all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
  • Provide market insights and client feedback to internal departments for process and service improvement.
  • Stay updated on real estate trends and digital advancements to uncover new sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 6 months to 2 years of sales experience, ideally in a BPO/call center setting as a Closer.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and the B2B sales cycle is a plus.
  • Highly motivated, goal-driven, and a strong team player.
  • Comfortable working night shifts aligned with North American time zones.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
