We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to drive business growth in the US and UK markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building relationships with decision-makers, and converting prospects into clients through strategic outreach and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the US and UK markets.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold emails, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Engage with C-level executives, founders, HR leaders, and key decision-makers.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls, sales meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in international sales, B2B sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Proven experience selling to clients in the US and/or UK market.
- Strong expertise in cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to confidently engage with international clients and stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation platforms is preferred.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling IT services, software solutions, SaaS products, AI solutions, or digital services.
- Familiarity with US and UK business culture and sales practices.
