Sales Specialist (Website & Mobile App)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients for website development and mobile application solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, requirement analysis, proposal preparation, pricing, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
  • Understand client business needs and recommend custom website and mobile app solutions aligned with their goals.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives while contributing to overall business growth.
  • Coordinate with internal design, development, and project management teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in website and mobile application sales or IT services sales.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies and mobile platforms (iOS & Android).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Timings: 6pm-3am

Location: Shahrah e Faisal, near to Karachi foods, Karachi
