SALES STRATEGIST- JD

Key responsibilities

• Strategy and planning: Develop and implement sales strategies, create actionable plans to improve performance, and identify new market opportunities.
• Data analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify performance gaps and inform strategic decisions.
• Process optimization: Design and refine sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness, such as optimizing the sales funnel and pipeline.
• Performance monitoring: Set and monitor sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and sales quotas.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and other teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging.
• Training and support: Train sales teams on strategic initiatives and best practices.
• Reporting and insights: Provide strategic insights and performance reports to senior leadership.

Requirements

• EXP-2-3 YEARS(UAE)
• QULIFICATION: Sales & Marketing (MBA/degree)
• Sal- 4000-5000 AED
• Language- English, Malayalam,Hindi
• PREFERABLE- KERALITES

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
