Sales Supervisor

Job Title: Sales Supervisor – Beverages ( Abu Dhabi)

ey Responsibilities:

Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales objectives.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail and wholesale customers.

Monitor daily sales performance and ensure route efficiency and market coverage.

Implement sales and merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and availability.

Ensure proper execution of promotions, pricing, and trade marketing activities.

Analyze market trends, competitors’ activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports and route performance summaries to management.

Support recruitment, training, and development of sales representatives in the Abu Dhabi area.

Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and operational standards.

Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to manage stock levels, deliveries, and collections.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in FMCG, preferably in beverages.

Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role.

Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi market and retail channels.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Valid UAE driving license is a must.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
