Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Supervisor for a full-time, on-site r\Kuwait. The Sales Supervisor will lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and business growth. Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, providing coaching and training to team members, fostering strong customer relationships, and resolving customer issues to ensure satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves analyzing sales data, reporting on key metrics, and assisting in the development of sales strategies to optimize performance and achieve company goals.


Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales data, measure performance, and create actionable strategies
  • Proven experience in team management with the ability to guide, motivate, and lead a sales team effectively
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate team coordination and interact effectively with customers and stakeholders
  • Experience in training and developing team members to improve performance and achieve goals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a supervisory sales role is highly desirable
