Sales Supervisor – Drug Store

Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated Sales Supervisor to lead and inspire our drug store sales team. In this role, you will oversee daily sales activities, mentor and support sales representatives, and drive the team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• 3–5 years of GCC experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A good understanding of drugstore operations and products.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and drive a team to meet performance goals.
