Sales Supervisor (Outdoor Sales)

Salary: PKR 70,000 – 100,000 per month (plus incentives)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Supervisor to lead and drive our outdoor sales operations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of proven experience in sales, leadership, and vendor engagement, with the ability to guide a team toward meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing strategies for local market growth, and ensuring successful execution of all outdoor sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of outdoor sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue through local vendors and corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors, distributors, and key customers.
  • Conduct regular field visits, monitor sales performance, and ensure strong market visibility.
  • Set and review KPIs, conduct team evaluations, and provide coaching for performance improvement.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations departments to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Ensure team compliance with company policies, processes, and ethical sales practices.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance forecasts to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, particularly in outdoor and B2B/vendor sales.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Must have own transport and willingness to travel locally.
