Sales Support Executive

  • Assist Account Managers in managing client accounts and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot problems via email, phone, or live chat.
  • Process orders, track deliveries, and update clients on order status.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, or summaries for internal and client-facing use.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Finance) to ensure service delivery.
  • Monitor client account activities to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
  • Support contract renewals, billing inquiries, and general account maintenance.
  • Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) and client expectations are met or exceeded.
