Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Executive to manage enquiries, prepare quotations, proforma invoices, follow up with clients, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound enquiries, gather complete customer details, and log them in CRM/Excel. Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices accurately and promptly, follow up with clients. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling complementary products. Research new industries and potential clients, send company introductions and follow up on leads. Maintain daily and weekly reports on enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in approach. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of electronics or industrial tools is a plus. Prior experience in sales support preferred. Experience with LinkedIn branding and social media content management is an added advantage.
