Sales Administration:

  • Prepare and issue quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure all sales documentation (quotations, orders, delivery notes, invoices) is properly filed and updated.
  • Support the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and analysis.

Customer Service:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure prompt deliveries.
  • Handle after-sales support, including order tracking and resolving customer concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordination & Support:

  • Work closely with the marketing or business development team for promotional activities and client communication.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and tender documents.
  • Prepare technical and commercial submittals when required for client approval.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a sales coordination or support role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
