Sales Administration:
- Prepare and issue quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure all sales documentation (quotations, orders, delivery notes, invoices) is properly filed and updated.
- Support the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and analysis.
Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure prompt deliveries.
- Handle after-sales support, including order tracking and resolving customer concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordination & Support:
- Work closely with the marketing or business development team for promotional activities and client communication.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and tender documents.
- Prepare technical and commercial submittals when required for client approval.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a sales coordination or support role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
